These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Status Quotes, operated by CuratedHeaven Co. ("we," "us," "our") at curatedheaven.shop (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. What Status Quotes Is
Status Quotes is a free, browsable archive of quotes, status lines, wishes, greetings, and captions, organized by category and author. The Site has no user accounts, no user-submitted content, and no paid tiers — everything is free to browse, copy, and share for personal use.
2. Content & Attribution
Quotes and status lines on this Site are drawn from historical public figures, common/traditional sayings, and general submissions with no traceable original author (attributed to "Unknown"). We make reasonable efforts to attribute quotes accurately, but attribution for widely-circulated quotes is often genuinely uncertain — we do not guarantee that every attribution on this Site is historically accurate. If you believe an entry is misattributed or should be corrected or removed, contact us (see Section 8) and we'll look into it.
You may copy individual quotes or status lines from this Site for personal use — that's the point of the Copy button. You may not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically reproduce the Site's content or database as a whole, or use automated means to access the Site beyond normal browsing, without our prior written permission. The Site's design, organization, category system, and original written content (such as author descriptions) are owned by CuratedHeaven Co. and may not be copied or republished without permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site's normal operation
